WHAT ARE VITA’S 7 PILLARS?

Voice Your Essence — INFUSE YOUR BRAND:

It’s time to take your power back and make your life a success, which for me is living at my highest potential. Claim your life’s purpose by giving it a voice in the form of your personal brand.

I noticed that success often meant you’ll have to show up when no one else is watching and expand yourself to be a leader for yourself, your team, and your company or community. Success may also mean that you must motivate yourself to show up. This does not mean we need to hustle and struggle through our mission, I believe in working smarter not harder. Wherever you are, you’ll have to give it all you’ve got.

In summary: Give Voice to Your Life’s Purpose!

Mantra: My Voice Matters.


Know Your Essence — INFUSE YOUR ESSENCE:

Each soul has come to earth with a mission to make an impact on this planet – yours is no exception. If you don’t know what it is, simply accept that you have a purpose.

Bring focus to your gift. Whom can you help and how can you serve humanity with that gift? Don’t focus on what you don’t know yet or what you haven’t mastered yet.

Let go of your concern to look good and be perfect, and give your passion a voice.

Mantra: My gifts and talents are expressions of my soul and have profound impact on all around me.


Positive Tribe — INFUSE YOUR TRIBE:

The way people live these days does not support a sense of community. Separation and judgement seem to surround us making us feel alienated and alone.

A feeling of belonging and community is a basic human (emotional) need, just like food and shelter are human survival needs, and without a sense of belonging you may feel lost.

A sense of community and knowing that you matter to others is important. Feeling like you belong encourages healing and helps you see your purpose and value in life as well as influences how you cope with intensely painful emotions. Make sure you find your tribe for your own wellbeing. You are not alone in your need for support and inspiration.

In summary: Surround yourself with support and community.

Mantra: Together we create a setting where soul can be free to meet another soul.


Love of Self — INFUSE YOUR LOVE:

You are love. You are loved. You are a loving being.

Fill your life with love by talking to yourself with care and compassion. Learn your triggers and know the thought process that is weighing you down.

Notice your Victim Voice and turn it into a Hero Voice. You may catch yourself saying “I don’t know how to do this, this is too hard.” This is your Victim Voice taking over. Invite your Hero Voice and instead say “I don’t know how to do that yet but I can’t wait to figure it out! I got this!”. Another Hero Voice would say: “ This is not as hard as it seems right now.”

There is no reason to be hard on yourself. Release your expectations. You are facing only what you’re ready for.

In summary: Fill your life with love and release your expectations.

Reflect, Release, & Recharge — INFUSE YOUR SOUL:

Create space to reflect, to heal, and to release. Engage in activities such as meditation, yoga, breathework, sleep (for emotional release), Reiki, and prayer to help you recharge and feel renewed. You may find that embracing spirituality, silence, and forgiveness (for yourself and others) help you with resolving grief. Fall in love with your tears and cry. Talk to someone. Write your story and journal. You cannot change what you are not aware of, and what you are unconsciously (or consciously) avoiding due to fear.

Wherever you are, honor yourself and acknowledge that you are worthy and valid.

In summary: Take time to heal by reflecting, releasing, & recharging.

Mantra: I listen to my soul’s desires.


Natural Movement — INFUSE YOUR BODY:

The very best byproduct of being a yoga teacher is that I’m surrounded by yogis! Being a yoga teacher has helped me to know how important exercise is for my overall well-being. Not only does regular activity strengthen your muscles and improve heart and lung function, but it can also reduce your risk of disease, stimulate the growth of new brain cells, and even add years to your life. Studies show just 30 minutes of physical activity every other day is all you need to reap big benefits.

Today I encourage you to surround yourself with people who will inspire you to move and be active.

In summary: Move your body and surround yourself with people who will inspire you.

Mantra: My body is sacred.


Nourishing Food — INFUSE YOUR VITALITY:

A new life started for me only few years ago when I healed my body from many skin diseases, inflammations, addictions, and cravings. Interestingly enough I learned that my health was my foundation for growth. When we are not well and drained our focus is strictly on surviving. To get to thriving you must give your body what it needs to heal so it can serve you as your foundation. That’s why Infuse Your Vitality is the very first pillar of seven in my coaching program Infuse Your Life & Brand.

In summary: Be the very best expression of yourself! Invest in your well-being and vitality!

Mantra: I deserve to nourish myself at all times.


HOW TO USE THE PILLARS?

The pillars may seem intimidating, but we are here to support you on your journey. When approaching the pillars, you want to start from the bottom. We start first with our food and our bodies, bringing life and health back into our souls, moving on to showing and experiencing love internally and within our tribe, and winding down with our essence and infusing all this vitality into our brand.  

 

12 tips on how to infuse yourself with life:

  1. Choose consciously.
  2. Let go of rushing – create space for growth, creativity, wondering, and curiosity.
  3. Make cleaning & cooking become your meditation (or driving, or showering.. almost all ideas came to me while having active meditation).
  4. Embrace reflection.
  5. Seek inspiration.
  6. Choose intuitively.
  7. Release your expectations.
  8. Ask for guidance.
  9. Be grounded in reality (80% of our worries are not happening).
  10. Practice kindness while implementing strong boundaries.
  11. Learn to say NO.
  12. Walk the extra mile without being hard on yourself.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE PILLARS?

Unhappy with my life, I was suffering from chronic back pain. I found healing in yoga and Reiki. I left my unhappy marriage and career to follow my life purpose. Shortly after I was diagnosed by four different doctors with shingles, acne, other bacteria, allergy to tea tree oil, lyme disease. I was given antibiotics and antiviral for over a year. I knew I had to take care of my immune system, emotional state, and habits.

I became yoga instructor and Reiki Master and started to listen to my own intuition and body. A little later my journey to becoming a life coach and health coach began. I was always drawn to a plant-based lifestyle. I looked into my gluten intolerance and opted for organic whenever possible. I cut out processed food almost completely. I addressed my emotional eating pattern and removed alcohol from my life.

Overall, I simplified my food and added value and nutrients to my meals.

Now, I live my life aligned to who I am.

It took 6 months to heal and recover but I’m healthier, stronger, and happier than ever!

From my experiences, I built Vita’s 7 Pillars to help you feel stronger, healthier, and happier. My belief is that we all deserve abundant life filled with joy, peace, love. Waking up motivated and filled with energy and vitality.
